Email too large to send, how to stop it from trying to send constantly?

I tried sending an email that was 30MB and obviously its too large to send, so I want to delete it (or stop from constantly trying to send,) but it doesn't show in the Sent Folder or in the Outbox Folder, but at the bottom of window on left, you see it under "Sending Messages" How do I make it stop please?

If you go to Mail, look at the menubar and click on 'Window'. In this menu, click on Activity or Activity overview. Can you find it there? Is there a red stop sign next to the activity? If yes, you can cancel it there
