I cannot delete apps that I have downloaded from the App store. So frustrating.
I have tried the wiggle thing and the delete option does not show up. For any of them.
I tried going through settings-general-restrictions but I do not have restrictions.
Someone please help me.
I am not sure if the last update did something but I really need to delete apps.

It appears that you are attempting to only delete applications from the Recents section on iPad’s Dock. Try deleting the application from iPad’s Home Screen icon or from Settings > General > iPad Storage.
