II. Contact Apple Support:

• Contact Us - Choose Locations
• Speak with: Apple Store Staff
• Proceed from there as Necessary

III. Contact your eMail Provider:

Ask them how to go about temporarily disabling eMail filters. If you cannot reset it things, then these eMail message may be being filtered out some how. Temporarily disabling eMail filters may fix this.
