Microphone not working on other apps

I got a new iPhone 11 Pro a few weeks ago and it was doing just fine for two weeks until I noticed my microphone having this weird messed up noise whenever I record something on apps. When I record on the Camera app, the microphone is just fine but once I record on Snapchat or Instagram, the microphone is horrible. I’ve done all the tricks in the book, cleaning my mic, restarting my phone, turning my mic on and off on Settings, reinstalling the apps, but it still doesn’t work. Please help!
