Dead on arrival iPhones -AMAZON VS APPLE
Hi,
I bought an iPhone which arrived DOA through amazon two days back. Apple service Center confirms phone is defective. Amazon directs to Apple for replacement, Apple says it’s reseller responsibility to replace phones within 14 day period.
If it was in USA or Europe would Apple or Amazon play ping pong like this? In USA at least I know Apple service centre’s promptly replace phones under warranty for defects. More so a phone hardly a few days old and dead on arrival.
