Cannot Link Card to Apple Pay
My bank states my card is connected to Apple Pay but when I attempt to connect it kicks me out and ask me to contact my card

It sounds like you're wanting to add your card to Apple Wallet but isn't able to, as it continues to ask you to contact the card issuer.
