Problems with iPod Shuffle / iTunes

Problems with iPod Shuffle!

This just happened today, didn't have problems with it before!

When I connect my iPod Shuffle to my Mac, iTunes doesn't play music from the device, I can't even manage the content in my iPod library. You can see the content of the iPod library in iTunes though. I have iPod set to "manage music manually". So now I am able to add songs to iPod, but can't delete them.

I have already restored my iPod, and it is still not working! I wasted couple of hours trying to fix the issue - no luck so far. The thing just stoped collaborating! Apple seriously?!
