I had opted for a subscription with 7 days trial period with annual subscription afterwards that is payable. After 2 days I had to change my country. Now , I do not see this in my subscriptions anymore but am concerned I will be billed upon the end of trial period. How do I cancel the paid subscription?

Yes, I contacted Apple Support and they did the necessary.
