i am unable to receive emails on my phone. p

I think my emails are going to the cloud. Consequently, am not receiving emails on my phone.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

I would remove the mail account from your iPhone then sign into it again. If that does not work, I would check with your mail provider to see if you are able to sign in on their website.
