Where can I buy a replacement keyboard made by Apple for my iMac desktop?

First, Apple no longer makes any wired keyboards as all their

products are now Bluetooth.

Pretty much any keyboard that is labelled as macOS compatible

will work. Here are some sold by a Maccentric retailer OWC:

In that case check here. FWIW, a wired USB keyboard will not have a battery.

I want to buy a replacement keyboard for my iMac desktop and I want to be sure that I can use it with a USB connection and that I can remove any battery it may contain.
