Call logs seen in other device

i have two iPhones which use the same apple id. Due to some reason, the call logs appear to be synced. I need solution for the same

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

Both my iPhones show call log Hi to everyone. I have two IPhone with two different numbers and contacts are not in common. When I receive a call on one device, I find the number in the call log of the other phone, even if they have different numbers, even if the other phone doesn't ring. Don't use the same Apple ID.
