Can I block an area code on my iphone

Can I block an area code. I have been getting spam calls every 5 minutes from a 678 area code, I block but they keep using another 678 number. They leave a call back message which is the spam because I read they charge $8.00/min for the call.

Spam calls Has anyone been able to block an entire area code ? I am getting nearly constant calls from San Antonio, TX with area code and first 3 digits the same. I block each call, but the last 4 numbers change and another call comes through. I am about ready to turn phone off and not use it. Verizon's Call Filter is useless. I really do not want to change my phone number, I have had it for 25 years and there is no guarantee another number will not yield the same results. Thank you.

But perhaps your cellular carrier can assist with your spam calls.
