My phone over heated
My phone always getting so much heated say a sign temperature and hang up

if this doesn't happen often to you, it s totally normal especially if you were running some heavy power hungry games that require a lot of graphic performance or just a heavy usage in general
sometimes it can be due to the environment, such as leaving your iphone in a hot area or if it s exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time
all I can tell you is when it does show you this message try to stop using your phone until it cools down a little bit, and do not try to charge it because the battery is sensitive to high temperatures !
and as I can see from your screenshot , you were using your iPhone while it s charging, that can raise your iPhone temperature which is normal
But if this happen quite often and that your iphone is still under warranty, I recommand you to take it to the closest Apple store near you to fix this problem :)
