I want to delete the old apple id but I do not remember the security questions, I can recover the password but I cannot recover the questions. I need to delete this apple id

All purchases made using an Apple ID are tied to the ID. Delete the ID and you will need to download them using your new ID. There have been posts by people who have contacted Apple Support and they were told that if you delete an ID associated with an email address, you can never reuse the email address for an Apple ID. Make sure you sign out from the places in the 4th link before deleting the ID.

You will probably need the answers to the security questions to delete the ID.
If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.
If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.
