A 3.5mm headphone jack? No -- it uses the Lightning connector for headphones. See: iPhone SE - Technical Specifications - Apple
Thank you but can you tell me what a lightening connector is?
It is the same connector that you use to charge your iPhone. The point on the cable that you insert in your iPhone to charge it is the lightning port.

Apple does sell a "lighting to 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter" to use with regular head phones with a 3.5 mm jack.
