I can’t get Geometry Dash on my Mac(i refer to Geometry Dash as gd a lot, but apparently theres something else that gd also stands for, so for question i did gmd), even though i looked at a bunch of videos on how! (i dont mean by using steam. its a total rip-off, steam, because its $3.99 instead of $1.99 and im pretty sure its version 1.9, and i want version 2.11. so i mean for free.) Please help me!

There are few sites which suggest they offer some kind of download; red flags
for spam phishing malware adware, etc. abound. I'd done a time consuming
search and found a few things in reference. About half hour, didn't click many
sitesmost did not appear trustworthy. ~ Some, totally blocked in latest Firefox.

And continued for more than an hour; looked into a dozen site pages. Clicked
nothing inside, downloaded nothing; ran no untested content. (Safe browse.)
One that runs online? suggests: you go to google store; and get android app
to translate and enable the Mac version to run in emulation mode. (slower?)

A few consider to have you play this online; assuming high bandwidth demands
w/ other considerations; those versions likely can be tainted &/or untrustworthy.
An iOS app store (GB) version, presumably for iPad and iPhoneOS, could be safest.
