I. Are You Locked out of your iPhone:

It's a security a privacy concern. So, contact Apple Support. See what can be done about this. Show them your original proof of purchase (store receipt and/or original packaging), and Device Recovery may just be an option for you. Elsewise - you're probably out of luck.
