Changed my Facebook password on my pc. Now my iPad Pro says password is invalid. Doesn’t work on app or browser on iPad. Can go to pc and login fine. Deleted app on iPad and reloaded. Reset location and privacy settings.

When you open the Facebook App, in the upper right hand corner, you will see a v symbol. Tap it. Tap Log Out. Then sign back in with the new Password.
FaceBook is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.
Since you already delete and re-install the app.
