Retrieving Items not Showing in Icloud
How do I retrieve my photos that have been deleted from my ipad and not showing in my icloud

If you deleted them recently, they may still be in the Recently Deleted album on your iPad (and the same folder in iCloud Photos if you activated iCloud Photos). Otherwise, if you did not back them up elsewhere then they are gone.
