Star Trek Fleet Command crashes

Hi Apple, I am complaining and complaining to STFC support and nothing is getting done. They like to blame 3rd parties like Apple. iOS ... their game has many bugs and slow server issues etc... many people complain and on IOS it bombs out and crashes ever so often. The game also lacks mobile friendly usage... can you put pressure on Scopely to stop blaming Apple for their lack as I know my IPhone XS is a beast and it’s not the problem. I’ve spend. A lot of money on the game already and if they can’t fix their nonsense and make it better for IOS I will be requesting full money back. As I am then investing in a hand that should not be an App promoted by Apple. Put the pressure on them... and to stop blaming other parties. I really like the game and concept and Star Trek... but Scopely are messing up with development, infrastructure etc...
