We just reset iPhone and now its locked and saying wrong password

If it's locked to a different Apple ID, log in with that one, or contact the person who can, or if you're the iPhone's original owner, supply Apple with its purchase receipt.

If it's locked to that Apple ID but an attempt to remove it didn't take, tell the iPhone's original owner to supply Apple with its purchase receipt.
