How to set up personal hotspot

The Number ONE thing to do is FIRST to make sure that your carrier provides the Hotspot feature and ALSO that it is activated in your account. This feature is completely controlled and administered by your carrier.

Once you have confirmed the above then just open Settings and turn WiFi ON and turn HOTSPOT to ON. There is nothing to it.
