Apple has charged from my card while i do not even have any apple products.

i see two charges from 'apple.com/bill' in my debit card in last two days. but i never intended to pay such amounts to any of your services nor i am using an iphone. how do i report to apple and get a refund.

We are unable to help with refunds, account issues or purchases

Try applying for a refund here, but there is no guarantee it will be refunded - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support
