Hi guys! Does some body knows how to eliminate an iCloud using the IMEI#? My daughter locked her iPhone but she can't remember the code she use or the iCloud password

I don’t believe that you can reset it with the IMEI. Try this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487
