upgrade Hulu subscription

I signed up for Hulu and want to upgrade to Hulu + Live TV + Disney + (I already subscribe to Disney + and want to bundle). I can find out out how to cancel my subscription through my Apple ID on my phone but cannot find out how to upgrade my subscription. Does anyone have advice?

Learn how to change your subscription:

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
Tap the subscription that you want to change.
