I am trying to upload my photos to iCloud. I just purchased the 50 GB of iCloud storage. When I backed up my photos to iCloud only about 1,000 of my 5,000 photos actually uploaded to my iCloud. Why aren't they all uploading and how do I get them to upload? I know I have plenty of iCloud storage as I just upgraded.

First make sure you don't have Low Power Mode on and then you just wait for it to upload. Since you're uploading a lot of media, it will probably take a while. You can check the upload status by going into Photos > Photos > All Photos and scrolling to the bottom.
