HOW CAN I TURN OFF SWITCH CONTROL?

I have an iPhone 6s that’s quite broken. My switch control turned on without me knowing and my home button hasn’t been responding and my WiFi is off so I can’t access Siri also when I touch the screen it hasn’t been responding. I’m currently stuck on the home screen because whenever I try to type my password Siri turns on and my fingerprint isn’t working. What should I do?
