country of original purchase.
From what seller in what country did you purchase your iPhone?
What is the model number of your iPhone? Settings>General>About>Model.
You may have to scroll to see the entry for Model.
Since iOS 12.2, the Model Name is displayed as well as a generic model code
There are two touch screen recalls, one for the iPhone 6 Plus and one for the iPhone X. You appear to have an iPhone XS Max. There is not such program for that model.
