Transfer data from old iPhone to new iPhone

I have issue in transfer data from my old iPhone 7 plus to my new iPhone x i used iTunes to restore data but i find this message " iTunes could not restore the iPhone because an error occurred "..!! I need your help please..thanks

How current is your Windows version?

Have you updated to the latest iTunes version at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download?
