I have an iPad and I don’t know the restrictions or Apple ID password

I have an iPad and I don’t know the restrictions password or the Apple ID password, is there any way I can reset it? Or do anything to take the restrictions or iD off?

I'm on the Apple loop from hell. I am TRYING to use my daughter's iPad and neither of us know the password for her icloud account. I can't do anything with the iPad because we also don't know the restrictions passcode. I've tried to get a password recovery but the powers that be at Apple says they'll contact me at the icloud email account...which I don't have the password to! And round and round we go. I've even tried to reset the iPad to factory settings and it still requires the damn password from the icloud account I don't have anymore. Losing. My. Mind. PS. I have no idea which generation iPad I have.
