Why Apple company send information about my card details to my email?

When is used Apple Pay with apps or with App Store or when I lock device using application Find My iPhone, I don’t like to my email receive text about my Apple Pay status, for example, bank card last four numbers *****1234.

Why Apple company to my email send information about my card details? Also, iCloud email is not encrypted 128-bit, therefore I don’t want get receipts, in which is show my card details >> actual card last four numbers. Thank you
