Can't access my 1 free year of Apple TV. ????

Purchased a MacBook Pro in Jan. 2020 and was suppose to get 1 free year of Apple TV, only offering me 7 days. I sent an email to Apple Support but is there something I'm missing???

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.12
