iPhone stuck on apple logo

Yesterday I turned my phone off, and when I wanted to turn it back on it got stuck on the apple logo. Nothing was really wrong with it, and I don't know what to do. Should I just wait until it turns on on itself, or is there something I should do? (I really don't want to loose my data!)
