One E-Mail address Two Apple ID's

I share an e-mail address with my wife. We both have our own iPhone. I cannot use my shared my (shared ) e-mail address as Apple ID for my iPhone, because my wife is using it already for hers.

Could you offer a solution to this problem?

Create an email account for yourself.

There are plenty of free options. gmail, outlook.com, etc.
