I have a 369 RON payment from my debit card to Apple. I want to know from what Apple ID are the payment because i don't know anything about that.

Did you receive an email associated to the bill?
You should Contact - Official Apple Support to have the transaction cancelled if you believe it was a mistake.
I would also recommend contacting your bank if you believe fraud has occurred with your debit/credit card.
i don't received any email or information about the payment. i've just saw that on my payment history on my phone.
