Somehow my icloud account, messeger, facetime, and tvprovider is not letting me access it. The icons became disable.
I cannot control or access these icon. At the same time my computer is showing this new key "SOSDATASource.-AK" It is the second time that happened. I reset the first time.
Can anyone help me please.
From your screenshots I'm not seeing any evidence of hacking as you put it. Perhaps you should consider - Get Support.
Thank you for answering me. I am trying to access messenger and FaceTime on my iPad Pro, there is new app in my Iphone and iPad called tv provider. Something lock my out of iCloud, messenger, FaceTime, and this app "tv provider" that I never installed or used. I believe comes with the new IOS. It is the 2nd time it happened . I don't understand it seems something is trying to take "control" of my iCloud.

Where are you trying to access Messages & FaceTime? And I'm not sure what your TV provider has to do with accessing either of these two apps.
Is this a new iPad you purchased or acquired? Is it possible to delete that app? Who installed that app?

It is not hacked anymore. But It is something is wrong. It locked my iCloud for the second time. :( I cleaned all the apps, I just found some weird certificates in my keychain.
