My voice memos deleted

Hi,

I recored a lot of with voice memos since 2017 and today all voice memos until 1 March 2020 deleted

I don't know why I didn't anything.

There is a method to recover the voice memos?

  1. Look for it under recently deleted.
  2. Do you have a backup (iTunes)?
  3. Smart Phones neither have the intelligence nor has the hostility. Hence we need to look at our device settings and the way we synchronise our smart phones with Mac/PC/iCloud and also how careful are we in sharing our sensitive and valuable informations with friends and family members
  4. Did you enable iCloud for VoiceMemos?
