Where are you seeing this?

If just from an email: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If you see the charge on your payment method's statement: If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

What account exactly?

As I said, if you see it on your Credit or debit card account statement follow the steps here to identify the charge: If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

iTunes is the store platform Apple uses to charge all purchases and subscriptions. You would see if if you had a subscription to Apple Music, or using Apple TV+ subscription on a 3rd party TV. You don't need to be using the iTunes application specifically.
