can i use my 12w usb power adapter on an android phone

USB (output) is 5V DC, 12 W Power means 2.4 A Currency DC.

You only have to check wether the power of the adapter is big enough and to change the cable as androids have USB-C input.

It is a Standard and has nothing to do with specific Apple users.

It seems that you're looking For an after market adapter to replace the one that came with the Android phone. I suggest get in touch with the company that made the phone to either get the right adapter or one which will not damage the phone.

Thanks for asking but this community is Apple product users. Any phone is best used. with the adapter it came with.
