Won’t boot up

My iPad won’t turn on just shows the Apple logo then turns off .. repeatedly.!! I can sometimes get a screen titled

support.apple.com/iPad/support

and a pic of charger cable going to iTunes logo . I have no computer but what do I do now .

You must borrow a Macintosh or Windows PC to restore your iPad to factory settings.


If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
