Your question is too vague

What is the error message you receive? Are you trying to install apps and it’s not working?

If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or other Apple device - Apple Support

Or this: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
