GET REFUND

I can not get refund. I had already report problem because I do not to renew my subscription. However, I received "Your item does not meet the refund request". I do not know what i have to do next to get refund.

  • Best to keep a close eye on automatic subscription renewals so you don’t get charged. Stop them. You need to do this at least 24 hrs before the next billing date or the charges will go through.
