That will NOT work. Since you have never activated your iPhone then it is not associated with an Apple ID. Since it is not associated with an Apple ID, Find My was not activated. Your iPhone cannot be tracked by a serial number or IMEI number. I am sorry but you will have to find your iPhone by looking for it manually.
