Can I turn on low power mode on any battery percentage or will it damage the battery if I turn it on always?
Many tech reviewers suggested turning on low power mode only when the battery goes below 30% or 20%.
What should I do?

I use it always, this will in no way damage your battery --> Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone ...
I like how you can change the battery in iPhone to make it last longer. I would hate it if iPhone updates mess with the batteries, so you have to change the iPhone (instead of just the battery [costing about 30 dollars], because that's really slight-handed play).
