Unwanted subscription

So, Today, August 4, 2020, an hour ago, I had money withdrawn from my Kaspi Gold card( mastercard) The app is called Prequel. 13490 tenge ( 31 dollars) was withdrawn. I didn't give permission to subscribe, but my younger brother probably did. I apologize for this situation and if it is possible to return the funds. Thanks for understanding.

You need to cancel the subscription;
