Where can i find my backups that were stored such as old pictures,whatsapp texts etc
You cannot see the contents of a backup. You have to restore the backup in order to see what is in it. When you restore a backup, you overwrite the current contents of the device.
You can see the date and time of your most recent backup in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud>iCloud Backup. Or in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Manage storage>Backups>Your device name.
