My iPhone 8+ was updated to 13.6, since the update my phone has been acting crazy. The phone turns off and on by itself, various apps open and close without me touching the phone. Please help....

After 13.6 update my phone has been doing a lot of crazy things, such as shutting down and starting back up on it own repeatedly. Various apps open and close on their own.
