water damage? covered?

Both the front facing and bak camera are foggy after leaving my phone in the rain for two minutes, does apple care cover that?

Water damage. I was accidentally pushed into the pool while my phone was in my back pocket. I automatically put it in rice but my front camera still has little water droplets inside. It works still and functions and charges well. But right now my phone had lines across but it went away. My phone is covered with Apple care , do you recommend on getting it fixed? If so how much do you think it would cost?

No. AppleCare+ does, but not the standard warranty.
