I cannot purchase anything, everytime I go to it says “your account is has been disabled in apple store and iTunes”

how do I fix “your account has been disabled in apple store and iTunes” can I fix this myself or do I need to contact Apple?

That message means there is a problem with your payment method; you need to contact iTunes Store support. See this Apple support link—>If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
