Date & Time

I have Catalina 10.15.5 on my MacBook Pro, each time I shut down and restart my date and revert jan 1 00.01.

I have tried an smc reset, this did not work.

any ideas would be helpful..

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support. If that Mac's date / time continue to reset themselves perhaps its battery needs to be replaced.
